In order to respect PRL législation and ecological requirements, we decided to extend the average size of the lots to 220 sqm each (Lots surface is about 200 to 300 sqm) Their setting up has been conceived in order to avoid a boring lining up and to create large green spaces for walking and give a view from each home.
